Where do you ship?
We deliver custom cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and accessories throughout the continental United States. Small orders go out by parcel, while larger ones are sent by freight for safe delivery. We do not currently ship outside the lower 48 states.
How accurate are your measurements?
We use precision CNC machines to cut each product to your exact measurements. Our team checks every piece to match your order and meet our quality standards. Your doors and drawer fronts will fit your space, so you can expect a smooth, professional result
What tolerances do you guarantee?
Our custom cabinet doors and drawer fronts are produced within a 1⁄16-inch tolerance in both width and height. Each piece is verified before shipping to ensure consistency and accuracy. If your product falls outside this tolerance or does not match your approved order confirmation, it will be remade or repaired at no cost under our Accuracy Guarantee.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on where you live and your order size. Most small, unfinished product orders arrive in three to seven business days after they leave our shop. Larger freight shipments might take a bit longer, depending on the carrier and delivery schedule. These are estimates and can change due to weather or location. We’ll send you tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What are your warranty and standards guidelines?
Our warranty covers doors up to 24 by 48 inches. For larger doors, mullions are needed for coverage. We ship all products raw and sanded, ready for you to finish. To keep your warranty, finish your doors within 30 days of delivery. Natural wood grain and color differences are normal and add to the beauty of real wood. The warranty covers workmanship defects only and must be claimed within 90 days of delivery.

What is your cancellation and changes policy?
We make every order to your exact measurements, wood type, and finish. Since we start production right after payment, we can’t accept changes or cancellations once you place your order.
Why can’t I change or cancel my order?
Each product is custom-made for your project and can’t be resold. We create all the files and lists needed for production as soon as you pay, which helps us keep lead times short and prices fair. Limiting changes also lets us offer free remakes if we make a mistake.
Can I return my custom doors?
Since each door is made just for you, custom cabinet doors and drawer fronts can’t be returned or exchanged. If we make a mistake, we’ll remake or fix it for free under our Accuracy Guarantee.
Can I return hardware or accessories?
You can return unopened hardware within 30 days of delivery. There’s a 15% restocking fee, and you’ll need to cover return shipping.
What if my order is damaged or missing items?
Please check your package as soon as it arrives. If you see any damage, missing items, or workmanship problems, follow these steps within three business days:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
- Note the order number from your box label.
- Email the photos and details to support@cabinetdoorsplus.com. We’ll get a replacement out to you as soon as we can.
What is your accuracy guarantee?
If your product arrives with the wrong size or doesn’t match your order, we’ll quickly remake or fix it and cover all shipping costs.
How do I make a damage or warranty claim?
Find your order confirmation email and reply to it, or email support@cabinetdoorsplus.com with ‘Damage Claim’ in the subject. Include your order number, part numbers, and photos if you have them. Our team will get back to you within one business day with next steps
